To understand which class is right for your child, we’ve developed the following guide.

Learn to Swim

  • Paddlers: For kids who are new to the water, need to develop their confidence or ability to dog paddle 5m.

  • Arms: For kids who are comfortable, can dog paddle and are ready to develop freestyle arms.
  • Breathers: For kids who have a good kick and arm technique. They can swim 5-10m in a streamlined position and are ready to introduce freestyle breathing.

Squad Swimming

  • Fins Squad:  For kids who have a good freestyle technique and are ready to develop their fitness and begin to learn breast stroke

  • Mini Squad:  For kids who can comfortably swim 25m freestyle multiple times but are still developing breast stroke and butterfly.
  • Junior Squad:  Typically for kids who are swimming all strokes proficiently but still need an element of stroke correction, though fitness, speed and endurance are also part of this program.
